USE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING
Rosanda Skočir, landlord, processes your personal data only if there is a legal or other legal basis for doing so. The data is processed on the following bases: your direct consent within the contact form, web analytics; for the provision of services and actions prior to the execution of the provided service; legitimate interest, which primarily concerns direct marketing of our services and the fulfillment of legal obligations, mainly in the case of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations and the resulting appropriate sanctions. Personal data is stored and processed for the purposes of booking accommodation, notifying via email and phone number, and for the purpose of issuing invoices. For the above-mentioned purposes, we store: name, surname, address, email address, and phone. We collect personal data with the explicit consent or agreement of individuals. We keep the consents along with their content and the content of the form through which they were obtained. The data obtained through the contact form includes your name and surname, phone number, email address, and the service(s) you require. We collect them securely. We use them to respond to your inquiry and for further business cooperation. We do not use this data for marketing purposes unless you expressly agree to it. The data obtained for the purpose of issuing invoices includes: name and surname, address, email address of the contact person. We need them for smooth operation, invoicing, and later for potential recovery.

We store personal data collections within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not transfer them to other countries.
STORAGE PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
We store an individual’s personal data until consent for the storage and processing of that individual’s data is revoked. Upon the revocation of consent, we will immediately and effectively delete the individual’s personal data permanently. If the aforementioned purposes for which we store and process personal data cease, we will immediately and effectively delete the collections of data whose purpose has ceased. According to the law governing value-added tax, we must ensure that invoices are stored for an additional 5 years after the end of the year to which the invoices relate. After the storage period expires, the data will be deleted, destroyed, blocked, or anonymized unless the law provides otherwise for a specific type of data.
